DISCUSSION WITH POSSIBLE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO RESOLUTION NO. 882 AUTHORIZING THE HUGO MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY TO INCUR AN INDEBTEDNESS BY SECURING A LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,364,000 (IN ADDITION TO A LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,481,000 PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED), FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING THROUGH RURAL UTILITIES SERVICE, FORMERLY KNOWN AS FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION (“THE GOVERNMENT”) FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER SYSTEM; , APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDED SALES TAX AGREEMENT AND CONTAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING THERETO.

DISCUSSION WITH POSSIBLE ACTION WITH RESPECT TO RESOLUTION NO. 883 OF THE CITY OF HUGO, OKLAHOMA APPROVING THE INCURRENCE OF INDEBTEDNESS BY THE HUGO MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY ISSUING A PROMISSORY NOTE TO BANCFIRST IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $10,845,000 TO PROVIDE INTERIM FINANCING IN CONNECTION WITH USDA RURAL DEVELOPMENT PERMANENT FINANCING FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS; WAIVING COMPETITIVE BIDDING WITH RESPECT TO THE SALE OF THE NOTE AND APPROVING THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE AUTHORITY PERTAINING TO THE SALE OF THE NOTE; AND CONTAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING THERETO.
