  11. Discussion with possible action regarding purchasing of 1-ES10032D spreader, 1-ESLC-29D cutters, 1-ER-40 ram and 1 ram extension kit in the amount of $25,280.00 for Fire Department from Okie Extrication. Councilman Ridenour
