  15. Executive Session –
    • Possible discussion and vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4) for confidential communications between City Council and its attorneys regarding prospective settlement of pending claims against Severn Trent Environmental Services, Inc., Matt Lail, and John Bannen in the matter of City of Hugo, et al., v. Severn Trent Environmental Servs., Inc., et al., Choctaw County, Case No. CJ-2016-17, where the City Council’s attorney has determined that discussion with legal counsel in executive session is necessary for the City Council to process the claim in the public interest.
  16. Reconvene into Regular Session.
  17. Discussion with possible approval of Resolution No. 869 of the City of Hugo and approving the proposed settlement agreement reached with Severn Trent Environmental Services, Inc., Matt Lail, and John Bannen in the matter of City of Hugo, et al., v. Severn Trent Environmental Servs., Inc., et al., Choctaw County, Case No. CJ-2016-17, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement and other necessary documents.

    • Possible discussion and vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4) for confidential communications between the Hugo Municipal Authority and its attorneys regarding prospective settlement of pending claims against Severn Trent Environmental Services, Inc., Matt Lail, and John Bannen in the matter of City of Hugo, et al., v. Severn Trent Environmental Servs., Inc., et al., Choctaw County, Case No. CJ-2016-17, where the Hugo Municipal Authority’s attorney has determined that discussion with legal counsel in executive session is necessary for the Hugo Municipal Authority to process the claim in the public interest.

Discussion with possible approval of Resolution No. 870 of the Hugo Municipal Authority, approving the proposed settlement agreement reached with Severn Trent Environmental Services, Inc., Matt Lail, and John Bannen in the matter of City of Hugo, et al., v. Severn Trent Environmental Servs., Inc., et al., Choctaw County, Case No. CJ-2016-17, and authorizing the Chairman of the Hugo Municipal Authority to execute the agreement and other necessary documents.
  9. Executive Session –
    • Possible discussion and vote to enter Executive Session pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(4) for confidential communications between the Hugo Municipal Authority and its attorneys regarding the status of Rural Water, Sewer, Gas and Solid Waste Management District No. 3, Choctaw County, Oklahoma v. City of Hugo Municipal Authority, Choctaw County, Case No. CJ-2017-43, where the Hugo Municipal Authority’s attorney has determined that discussion with legal counsel in executive session is necessary for the Hugo Municipal Authority to defend such litigation in the public interest.
