  4. Discussion regarding employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee, Interim City Manager, Richard Higginbotham Per Title 25 O.S. Section 307 B (1).
  5. Reconvene into regular session.      Mayor Bunn
  6. Discussion with possible action regarding matters regarding item discussed during Executive Session.  Mayor Bunn
  7.  Discussion with possible action appointing Interim City Manager as an Authorized Signer for the City.   Mayor Bunn           
  8. Discussion with possible action regarding removal of Leah Thomas as an Authorized Signer for the City.         Mayor Bunn

    • Discussion regarding employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee, Interim Hugo Municipal Authority Trust Manager, Richard Higginbotham Per Title 25 O.S. Section 307 B (1).
